I'm so grateful for my family of course and some days more than others, but each day truly is a gift, and we are completely in charge of what that looks like. Daily I record little things and big things I'm extra grateful for, just simply 3-4 bullets to remind me just how luck I am.
Today's technology has made the practice of mindful meditation so easy to practice. Each morning I take 10-15 minutes before facing the day outside my bedroom to follow the daily meditation practice on the CALM APP.

FIT, to me means simply, mental, spiritually and physically you are caring for yourself. Between my mediation, journaling and reading I get half way there, what takes me into peak performance... Yoga, Strength Training and Cardio. Everyday, make time if you think you don't have it, WAKE UP EARLY.

Each day this week reach out by phone, or in person (no text, email or social media) to someone who has been on your mind or you just plain miss. Connection is Key, this week reconnect!
