Today's technology has made the practice of mindful meditation so easy to practice.  Each morning I take 10-15 minutes before facing the day outside my bedroom to follow the daily meditation practice on the CALM APP.

FIT, to me means simply, mental, spiritually and physically you are caring for yourself. Between my mediation, journaling and reading I get half way there, what takes me into peak performance... Yoga, Strength Training and Cardio. Everyday, make time if you think you don't have it, WAKE UP EARLY.

Week 1 Jump for Your Heart 

10 minutes of jumping rope is the equivalent of running an 8 minute mile! So this week, each day let's get to JUMPING


Week 2  Wake and Plank

Start your day with a 60 second plank to get you going!!


Week 3 Brain Building Time

Duolingo - my new favorite app!! Language training is a fun way to exercise your brain and it is a WAY better way to spend 15 mins than flipping through your social media. So download the app pick a language of interest and start training 15 min each day this week. Buena Suerte! 


Week 4 Reach Out & Touch Someone

Each day this week reach out by phone, or in person (no text, email or social media) to someone who has been on your mind or you just plain miss. Connection is Key, this week reconnect! 


Week 5 Be Creative

Grab a set of crayons, colored pencils or markers because it is time to color. This week I crafted a 5 page coloring book available here.
